Judge sues for $54 million over missing trousers

I've heard of some crazy judges before, but this one takes the craziness cake.
This may sound totally fake, I mean this is the kinda thing you hope is fake, but I don't think the Washington Post is lying.
Oh, give me a break. No one cries over a pair of pants. He's either acting to get a crapload of money, or he's a psychopath. In either case, someone like that shouldn't be in anyway involved with the leadership of the American justice system."[Pearson said his] problems began in May 2005 when he brought in several suits for alterations. A pair of pants from a blue and maroon suit was missing when he requested it two days later. He said Soo Chung tried to give him a pair of charcoal gray pants.
"As Pearson explained that those weren't the pants for the suit, he choked up and left the courtroom crying after asking Bartnoff for a break. "
The couple who ran that dry cleaners ought to countersue for this being a completely bogus lawsuit, so they can get their lives back (as well as their legal fees.)
Anyways, is it just me or does this kinda smell like an episode of Seinfeld? With Pearson being a greedier version of Jackie Chiles.
