• Gained an operational knowledge of IT workflow and infrastructure
• Assisted in the deployment of 400 new student and faculty laptops. Help refresh software images on those machines yearly for stability.
• Currently working to help deploy a Drupal-based replacement to the current school website, allowing for greater functionality and usability
• Assist the IT director in deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining network services
• Mapped and re-configured campus-wide 802.11g/a wireless network
• Assist staff by analyzing problems and developing innovative solutions
